Urology SCoRE (Surgical Collaborative for Resident Education) is a concept that came to fruition among diverse urology residency educators who identified a need within surgical education. Residency curriculum often focuses on didactics, while surgical education relies heavily on intraoperative teaching.

With ever-growing pressures on faculty and trainees and continuous technological advancements, the ability and time to provide high-yield surgical education has decreased. To meet these demands, our collaborative has compiled a resource dedicated to surgical preparation for trainees.
